  • Padded bubble mailer for maximum protection
  • Discreet shipping without content indication

Insurance Protection

All shipments are automatically insured:

  • DHL Small Package: up to €20 product value
  • DHL Standard & EU: up to €500 product value

Order Processing

Order Cutoff and Shipping

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same business day
  • Saturday, Sunday and holidays are non-shipping days
  • You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number

Delivery

  • Delivery to your desired address
  • Delivery to Packstation possible
  • In case of absence: Notification and pickup at nearest post office

Special Notes

Shipments within the EU are duty-free. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional duties and fees may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient.
